Labcorp has acquired Visiun, a provider of performance analytics software, according to a press release from Visiun, which said it will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Labcorp.
“Labcorp is committed to continuing Visiun’s mission of providing hospitals and health systems with unique data-enabled insights that help leaders provide laboratory services of the highest quality. Labcorp and Visiun, working together, will further enhance best practices of lab stewardship and benchmarking of key quality and efficiency indicators," Visiun said in a statement.
