Independent specialty IA controls with procalcitonin
Specialty Immunoassay Plus Controls are comprehensive quality controls that monitor the precision of laboratory specialty IA testing procedures. These controls include clinically relevant analytes Procalcitonin, IL-6, Active Vitamin B12, and more. Offered in automation-compatible InteliQ tubes and standard Liquichek vials, Specialty Immunoassay Plus Controls help streamline your lab’s workflows.
Ready-to-use reagent kit
Carolina Liquid Chemistries offers the Diazyme EZ Vitamin D Assay, a fast, economical, FDA-cleared liquid ready-to-use reagent kit that recognizes both 25-OH Vitamin D2 and D3 equally. No sample pretreatment required. It offers good correlation with LC-MS/MS and is CLIA moderate complexity on the benchtop Diazyme DZ-Lite c270.
Vitamin D for calibration verification
VALIDATE VIT D (Order No. 506RO) is part of our VALIDATE Bone portfolio, offering Vitamin D (VIT D) for easy, fast, efficient calibration verification and linearity, eliminating the need for manual dilutions.
Streamline your vitamin D QC
Designed to fit directly onto a range of different analyzers, the Acusera Smart Immunoassay Controls consolidate 54 key analytes. Covering 25-OH-Vitamin D, routine tumor markers and immunoassay tests in a single vial, reducing the need to purchase sperate controls and minimizing storage requirements.
Automated and comprehensive 25 VitDs measurement
The IDS 25 VitDs assay (IS-2500N) quantitatively measures total 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] in human serum and plasma on the IDS System, with co-specificity for 25(OH)D3 and 25(OH)D2. It is standardized to the ID-LCMS/MS Reference Method Procedure and includes stable, ready-to-use human serum calibrators and controls.
Binding assay
The Elecsys Vitamin D total III binding assay is used for the in vitro quantitative determination of total 25-hydroxyvitamin D to aid in the assessment of vitamin D sufficiency in adults. Results can be produced in as little as 18 minutes on cobas e immunoassay analyzers.
Phosphorus-SL for vitamin D monitoring
SEKISUI’s Phosphorus assay is intended for the in vitro quantitative measurement of inorganic phosphorus in serum. Increased phosphorus concentrations (hyperphosphatemia) are usually the result of Vitamin D overdose, hypoparathyroidism, or renal failure. Decreased serum concentrations (hypophosphatemia) usually result from rickets, hyperparathyroidism, or Fanconi Syndrome.
Vitamin D proficiency testing program
Clinical laboratories can ensure testing accuracy with WSLH PT's Vitamin D proficiency testing program. This program is included in the Immunoassay Chemistry B panel, provided in staggered shipments of lyophilized serum samples.
