The application period for the American Proficiency Institute (API) scholarship program is open. Since the program’s inception, API has awarded over $100,000 in scholarship funds to clinical laboratory science students nationwide.
“It’s been a dozen years,” noted Daniel C. Edson, President of API. “Yet, the motivation and determination of students interested in the clinical laboratory sciences continues to impress me. We intend for the API Scholarship Program to support their quest.”
Scholarship applications are available at www.api-pt.com. Senior- and junior-level clinical laboratory science students are encouraged to apply. Interested students should complete the application and submit it to their program director for a statement of support and signature. Program directors must submit the completed applications to API by Friday, November 8, 2019.
Five $2,000 scholarship awardees will be announced by Friday, December 6, 2019.
