Johns Hopkins Medicine published guidance on how to deal with the respiratory season.

The information includes causes, how long before symptoms show, detection, prevention, and treatment of Rhinovirus, SARS-CoV-2, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and influenza. It also includes common myths regarding the viruses.

Johns Hopkins provides the following tips to prevent disease: “frequent hand washing, wearing a mask, avoiding close contact with people who may already be infected, and sneezing or coughing into a disposable tissue.”
