Tosoh Bioscience Inc. has entered into an agreement with Sysmex America that allows the connection of the HLC723 G8 analyzers to the Sysmex XN-9000 and XN-9100 automated hematology systems in the U.S., Latin America and Canada.
With this agreement, Tosoh Bioscience aims to expand its HbA1c offering to the high-volume testing market and further automate hemoglobin A1c testing.
The Tosoh G8 is a small footprint cation exchange HPLC analyzer capable of producing an A1c result in 1.6 minutes. It is an easy to use and low maintenance analyzer. The Sysmex XN-9000/9100 is a scalable, modular automation system that meets the needs of labs across any size, complexity, and specialty. With the ability to connect Tosoh G8 analyzer to the Sysmex XN-9000/9100, laboratories can enhance their efficiency in managing their increasing A1c testing workload and perform A1c tests 24/7.
