Acoustic flow cytometer

Using sound waves to precisely control the movement of cells, the Attune Acoustic Focusing Cytometer allows users to control the sample concentration, flow rate, number of photons detected, length of experiment, number of samples run, and more. The instrument features a small footprint to fit in any lab and on all standard lab benches, accommodates standard tissue-culture hoods for convenient aseptic work, and offers added convenience by locating filter holder under the lid. The cytometer provides violet and blue laser combination for choice of six analysis colors; eliminates the need for a separate fluidics cart with fluidics on-board; and includes change-it-yourself optical filters.

CD-Chex Plus BC is an assayed control for immunophenotyping with flow-cytometry systems. CD-Chex Plus BC determines the accuracy and reproducibility of all the steps involved in the process of immunophenotyping, including red-blood-cell lysis. Reference values for five subsets of leukocytes include T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, granulocytes, monocytes, and NK cells. CD-Chex Plus BC CD4 Low offers a depressed CD4 absolute number often indicated in patients with immunodeficiency diseases. CD-Chex Plus BC and CD-Chex Plus BC CD4 Low products offer 30-day open-vial stability and 90-day closed-vial stability. Both are available in plastic vials with pierceable caps containing a 3.0-mL fill.
